Our Management Trainee Program is an 12-month fast-track program designed to nurture and develop future leaders in the financial advisory industry. This program will provide you with a solid foundation in various aspects of our business, from client advisory and financial planning to marketing and recruitment. You will gain hands-on experience and exposure to different departments, building both technical expertise and leadership capabilities.
Throughout the program, you will be immersed in practical frontline experience, receiving comprehensive training in financial products, client relationship management, and much more. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to special wealth management projects, while working alongside seasoned professionals and mentors from various disciplines, including lawyers, accountants, tax advisors, and more.
Key Responsibilities:

Non-Graduate Internship Program (PT)

Marketing & Talent Acquisition Executive (FT/PT)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute initiatives that enhance the visibility and growth of GIA’s brand, including managing social media accounts, website content, and email marketing campaigns.
Assist in designing and executing marketing campaigns that showcase GIA’s financial services and brand, ensuring high-quality and consistent messaging across all channels
Collaborate with financial advisors to create professional and compelling marketing materials, such as presentations, brochures and digital content tailored for our clients
Design and execute recruitment strategies aimed at attracting qualified financial advisors to join GIA.
Ensure new hires are onboarded effectively, fostering a smooth transition into the company.
What We Are Looking For:
A bachelor's degree in any field is acceptable, with preference given to candidates who have a background in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related disciplines.
Prior experience in marketing, content creation, or recruitment, preferably within the financial services or corporate environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to develop clear and persuasive messaging.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Creative mindset with a strong ability to contribute to brand strategy and execute marketing initiatives.
Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Passion for both marketing and recruitment, with a keen interest in contributing to the company’s growth and success.
